The Cleveland Browns hired former St. Louis Rams assistant coach Nolan Cromwell as a senior offensive assistant Wednesday, Jan. 18. He will replace Keith Gilbertson, who is retiring.

Mary Kay Cabot, of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, reports the Cleveland Browns have hired former Philadelphia Eagles executive Jon Sandusky as director of player personnel, former Seattle Seahawks coach Keith Gilbertson as director of pro personnel, former Eagles scout John Spytek as a personnel executive and former Seahawks assistant A.J. Durso as a pro scout.

Frank Hughes, of the Tacoma News Tribune, reports the Seattle Seahawks have named Keith Gilbertson as the team's new wide receivers coach. Last year, Gilbertson served as the team's assistant offensive line coach.
