The Cleveland Indians have two, perhaps three, open bullpen spots, according to manager Manny Acta, reports Paul Hoynes, of The Cleveland Plain Dealer. Ps Justin Germano, Frank Herrmann, Doug Mathis, Vinnie Pestano and Jess Todd are the leading candidates. RP Joe Smith (abdomen) might have to start the season on the 15-day disabled list, opening up a third spot.
