Dolphins | Arian Foster could have most touches

Fri, 26 Aug 2016 12:03:01 -0700

Miami Dolphins RB Arian Foster "may end up with more touches this season" than the starter, RB Jay Ajayi.

Fantasy Tip: Foster has looked pretty good so far this preseason, including in the club's most recent contest on Thursday when he rushed for a touchdown and also logged two catches for 20 yards. It's hard to guess which of the two tailbacks will yield the most fantasy points this year, but Foster could be the safer option based on his proven track record. As a result, he's worth going after in the middle rounds, though owners also have to realize he's still injury-prone.

Dolphins | Forgettable debut for Arian Foster

Fri, 19 Aug 2016 19:46:27 -0700

Miami Dolphins RB Arian Foster made his team debut Friday, Aug. 19, against the Dallas Cowboys, losing five yards on two carries.

Fantasy Tip: His age and recent injuries are concerns, but Foster's ability to catch the ball out of the backfield should ensure him a steady role in the offense. He is a RB3 candidate in PPR formats.

Dolphins | Arian Foster to debut

Tue, 16 Aug 2016 08:28:21 -0700

Miami Dolphins RB Arian Foster (Achilles') will make his preseason debut Friday, Aug. 19, against the Dallas Cowboys.

Fantasy Tip: Foster has missed a huge portion of the last couple of years due to serious injuries, and at 30, the time is ticking on his fantasy window. He's an RB3 with some upside in PPR leagues.

Dolphins | Arian Foster to miss first preseason game

Wed, 10 Aug 2016 07:58:51 -0700

Miami Dolphins RB Arian Foster will not play in the first preseason game, according to head coach Adam Gase.

Fantasy Tip: Foster and Jay Ajayi figure to split the work, but Foster is coming off of two major injuries at age 30. Both are RB3 worthy, but Ajayi has the upside of youth.

Dolphins | Arian Foster showing to be best back

Thu, 04 Aug 2016 07:36:17 -0700

Miami Dolphins RB Arian Foster has been "head and shoulders" the best running back in practice, in the opinion of beat writer Armando Salguero.

Fantasy Tip: It's worth noting that Jay Ajayi (knee) hasn't been out there, and this report should be taken with a grain of salt. Foster and Ajayi are expected to split the load, and both are worth RB3 consideration in fantasy.

Dolphins | Arian Foster works with top unit

Mon, 01 Aug 2016 20:35:08 -0700

Miami Dolphins RB Arian Foster worked with the first unit again in practice Monday, Aug. 1, with RB Jay Ajayi (knee) sidelined. Head coach Adam Gase said "(Foster) is going to be working with the ones the whole training camp. His resume speaks for itself. I don't think there's any question why we brought him in here. He's playing this year. Whether he's the guy that will be the first snap of the game, time will tell. He is going to be rolling with the ones."

Fantasy Tip: Incumbent Jay Ajayi was expected to start, but it appears Foster has already overtaken him on the depth chart. Foster should be the first Miami back drafted for fantasy purposes in the neighborhood of Rounds 4 or 5 at the latest.

Dolphins | Isaiah Pead running with starters

Mon, 01 Aug 2016 06:42:30 -0700

Miami Dolphins RB Isaiah Pead is working with the starting unit Monday, Aug. 1, while RB Jay Ajayi (knee) is sidelined. RB Arian Foster spelled Pead with the second unit.

Fantasy Tip: Pead will likely need a good camp to make the club, and they're still probably easing Foster in. Ajayi and Foster figure to be the bulk of the timeshare, and Kenyon Drake will probably slot in afterwards. Ajayi and Foster are in the high-end RB3 range, and Drake is an RB5 flyer. Pead isn't worth a fantasy grab for now.

Dolphins | Arian Foster activated from PUP list

Sun, 31 Jul 2016 06:13:40 -0700

Miami Dolphins RB Arian Foster (Achilles') was activated from the Physically Unable to Perform list Sunday, July 31.

Fantasy Tip: Foster has been limited to 25 games over the past three seasons, and entering his age-30 campaign, he's probably not going to be utilized as the bell-cow back of the past. Foster is still a sound selection in the middle rounds of drafts because of the uncertainty of the rest of the Miami backfield. And perhaps, a few less touches will help keep him healthy. Just don't count on 16 big games from the veteran.

Dolphins | Arian Foster to PUP

Fri, 29 Jul 2016 05:20:13 -0700

Miami Dolphins RB Arian Foster (Achilles') was placed on the Physically Unable to Perform list Friday, July 29.

Fantasy Tip: Foster carries about as much name value as he does risk in fantasy due to advancing age and coming off two catastrophic injuries. He's in the mix as a low-end RB3 for now as he competes with Jay Ajayi.

Dolphins | Miami didn't want to lose Arian Foster

Tue, 19 Jul 2016 19:02:40 -0700

Miami Dolphins RB Arian Foster (Achilles') impressed the team in a workout Monday, July 18, and one source said he "looked good." The team wanted to move quickly to sign him before he had a chance to board a flight and work out for the Detroit Lions.

Fantasy Tip: Foster is expected to compete with incumbent Jay Ajayi for the starting job, and he has declared himself 100 percent healthy after suffering a torn Achilles' tendon last October playing against the Dolphins. Foster will be worth scooping up in the neighborhood of Round 5 or so right now, but with a strong training camp and preseason, he could move up quickly. Still, with his injury history, be sure to draft plenty of draft at the position.

Dolphins | Arian Foster plays well versus division

Tue, 19 Jul 2016 13:03:38 -0700

Miami Dolphins RB Arian Foster has fared well against the AFC East in his career. In 10 games, Foster has totaled 12 touchdowns and averaged 105 total yards per game.

Fantasy Tip: Foster will obviously have six games against the AFC East this year, as division opponents play each other twice per season. His numbers against the division are encouraging, but he still has an extensive injury history to deal with. Don't view him as more than an RB4 in Miami.

Dolphins | Arian Foster declares his health

Mon, 18 Jul 2016 19:00:04 -0700

Miami Dolphins RB Arian Foster (Achilles') said Monday, July 18, that he is fully healthy after suffering a ruptured Achilles' tendon last season. He said he still feels like a Pro Bowl-caliber player and intends to show that. "I don't have any expectations. Just coming here to compete and help the squad out however I can," Foster said.

Fantasy Tip: For now, Foster is not expected to start, as incumbent Jay Ajayi remains atop the depth chart. However, that race is certainly not settled and will be hashed out in training camp and the preseason. Foster certainly has the history, but he also has a lot of wear on the tires and a long history of injuries. Even if he is able to leapfrog Ajayi, Foster's workload will likely be curtailed to help keep him healthy.

Dolphins | Arian Foster contract details

Mon, 18 Jul 2016 14:08:28 -0700

Updating a previous report, Miami Dolphins RB Arian Foster's one-year deal is worth $1.5 million. It comes with incentives that could maximize the deal at $3.5 million.

Fantasy Tip: Foster has a lot of miles on his football odometer, and he has suffered through more than his fair share of injuries. It's better to draft him as a low-end RB3 to high-end RB4 with so much risk involved.

Dolphins | Arian Foster joins Miami

Mon, 18 Jul 2016 13:32:18 -0700

Free-agent RB Arian Foster (Texans) signed a one-year deal with the Miami Dolphins Monday, July 18, according to a source. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Fantasy Tip: Foster was easily the best available free-agent running back left on the market. The wear and tear he's dealt with, and the fact that he'll be 30 years old in August, kept teams away. Foster has only played three full seasons in his seven-year career. He and Jay Ajayi will likely battle for starting duties, and the move does hurt Ajayi's value a bit. Ajayi should now be an RB3 consideration, while Foster is more in low-end RB3 to high-end RB4 range. Rookie Kenyan Drake now only has real value in dynasty formats.

Dolphins | Miami interested in signing Arian Foster

Sun, 17 Jul 2016 20:12:34 -0700

Updating a previous report, free-agent RB Arian Foster (Texans) is expected to work out for the Miami Dolphins Monday, July 18, and Miami will seriously consider signing Foster if his workout goes well.

Fantasy Tip: Foster would likely slide into the backup role behind Jay Ajayi if he does end up in Miami, but injuries and age raise plenty of red flags. Wait until the later rounds to take a chance on Foster.

Lions | Arian Foster to work out for Detroit

Sun, 17 Jul 2016 18:46:22 -0700

Free-agent RB Arian Foster (Texans) is scheduled to work out for the Detroit Lions later this week, according to a source.

Fantasy Tip: Foster is going to see his draft stock rise when he signs with a team, but temper expectations. He has potential as a late-round flier, but it remains to be seen how much he has left in the tank.

Dolphins | Arian Foster working out for Miami

Sun, 17 Jul 2016 18:19:49 -0700

Free-agent RB Arian Foster (Texans) is scheduled to work out for the Miami Dolphins Monday, July 18, according to a source.

Fantasy Tip: Foster would add experience to Miami's young backfield, and he would steal at least some carries from Jay Ajayi. However, Foster's role and value remain tough to predict until he signs with a team. He is a late-round flier in the meantime.

NFL | Arian Foster expects to be ready

Mon, 20 Jun 2016 14:15:21 -0700

Free-agent RB Arian Foster (Texans) anticipates being healthy enough to participate in training camp, according to a source. Foster is eager to regain his 2012 form, but he has not been signed yet despite at least three teams having had interest in him.

Fantasy Tip: Foster is easily the most accomplished free-agent running back left on the market, but his fantasy value remains at zero as long as he remains a free agent.

Dolphins | Miami not pursuing Arian Foster

Tue, 07 Jun 2016 23:25:37 -0700

The Miami Dolphins aren't pursuing free-agent RB Arian Foster (Texans), who visited the team earlier this spring. The team will consider him if they have an injury or if their young running backs struggle. Foster is still working his way back from a torn Achilles' tendon suffered Oct. 25 with the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Tip: Foster has plenty left in the tank, but he has a propensity for injury which means even if he finds employment he is likely to be in a timeshare, at best. Fantasy owners will want to see where he lands before risking a late-round draft pick on him.

NFL | Arian Foster may wait to work out

Wed, 01 Jun 2016 05:33:34 -0700

Free-agent RB Arian Foster (Achilles') may not work out for teams until late July. Foster likely would be able to pass a physical at this point but the extra time likely would improve his health.

Fantasy Tip: Foster is still recovering from his Achilles' tendon injury and probably wants to be close to 100% before signing with a team. He likely will be part of a committee once he signs with a team but has a chance to be a No. 3 running back in some fantasy leagues.

NFL | Arian Foster a month away from usual form

Thu, 26 May 2016 10:17:42 -0700

Free-agent RB Arian Foster (Achilles') said he would need about a month to get to where he needs to be physically. "I probably need another month to get where I am, the person everyone is used to seeing," Foster said. "I can definitely play but I need another month to be where I want to be and be at that pro-bowl level I can be at."

Fantasy Tip: Foster turns 30 this season, and it's pretty far-fetched to imagine him carrying the load like he used to in the running and passing game. He'll land in a spot to utilize both in smaller samples, and he'll be an RB3 consideration in fantasy drafts.

Redskins | Washington not looking at Arian Foster

Tue, 24 May 2016 21:45:19 -0700

Free-agent RB Arian Foster (Achilles') does not appear to be an option for the Washington Redskins at this point.

Fantasy Tip: Foster should be able to find a job in the near future, but it appears that Washington will look for other options if they want add another running back. Foster probably will be a No. 2 or No. 3 running back for fantasy owners depending on where he plays.

Dolphins | Arian Foster still option for Miami

Tue, 24 May 2016 21:22:15 -0700

Free-agent RB Arian Foster (Texans) is still receiving interest from the Miami Dolphins.

Fantasy Tip: Foster is still recovering from his Achilles' tendon injury but may sign with a team in a near future. Foster likely would be part of a committee if he signed with the Dolphins but may receive most of the work in that committee. Foster could be a No. 2 or No. 3 running back for owners this season depending on where he plays.

NFL | Arian Foster close to passing physical

Sat, 21 May 2016 19:32:11 -0700

Free-agent RB Arian Foster (Achilles') expects to pass his physical in the next couple of weeks, according to a source with knowledge of the situation.

Fantasy Tip: It remains to be seen where the veteran back will land, but he is certainly worth picking up in the later rounds of drafts.

Patriots | Arian Foster doesn't visit Patriots

Sat, 21 May 2016 11:56:55 -0700

Free-agent RB Arian Foster (Texans) did not visit the New England Patriots during his recent trip to Boston.

Fantasy Tip: The Patriots already have a pretty crowded backfield, so they may not be looking to add even more depth right now, even if it is Foster. If New England's backfield stays as is, Dion Lewis is an RB2 candidate in PPR leagues and LeGarrette Blount is an RB3 option in standard formats.

Patriots | Arian Foster an option for Patriots?

Fri, 20 May 2016 16:23:08 -0700

Free-agent RB Arian Foster (Texans) has received preliminary interest from the New England Patriots, according to a source.

Fantasy Tip: Foster is still recovering from his Achilles' tendon injury, so he is not ready to sign with a team at this point. Foster likely would be part of a committee if he signed with the Patriots, which would hurt is value. Foster probably would be a middle- to late-round option in fantasy leagues but would not be a weekly starting option. Foster could be a No. 3 running back or flex option if he joins a favorable situation.

NFL | Arian Foster on the mend

Fri, 20 May 2016 06:07:58 -0700

Free-agent RB Arian Foster (Achilles') is about a week or two away from being able to pass a physical, and his market should begin to heat up then.

Fantasy Tip: Foster will be 30 in August and is coming off two significant injuries in consecutive seasons. He could still latch on to lead a committee approach, but he's merely an RB3 in fantasy for now.

Dolphins | No contract for Arian Foster, Miami

Tue, 29 Mar 2016 14:37:18 -0700

Free-agent RB Arian Foster (Texans) left his visit with the Miami Dolphins without a contract.

Fantasy Tip: It has already been stated that Foster will not sign with anyone until he is fully healthy, so this should come as no surprise. Foster could still sign with the Dolphins once he deems himself to be at full health, but for now, it's a waiting game. As far as fantasy value, Foster is no longer a featured back and will be part of a committee wherever he goes. He's a decent-sized risk, too, with his injury history. He should not be viewed as more than a low-end RB2 to high-end RB3.

NFL | Arian Foster won't sign until healthy

Mon, 28 Mar 2016 13:18:14 -0700

Free-agent RB Arian Foster (Texans) wants to be completely healthy before he signs with anyone, which could be in late May or in June.

Fantasy Tip: Foster visited the Dolphins on Monday, but don't expect him to sign with them right away. Miami is in need of another running back after losing Lamar Miller and missing out on C.J. Anderson. Jay Ajayi is the main running back for now. He has RB2 potential as of now, but that potential will likely go down if/when the Dolphins add another running back.

Dolphins | Arian Foster visiting Miami

Mon, 28 Mar 2016 08:11:27 -0700

Free-agent RB Arian Foster (Texans) will visit the Miami Dolphins Tuesday, March 29. Foster, who is rehabbing from a torn Achilles', should be far enough in his rehab to pass a physical.

Fantasy Tip: Foster could still be worth a RB3 selection if he's healthy.

Dolphins | Miami open to trading for RB

Wed, 23 Mar 2016 12:00:47 -0700

The Miami Dolphins are exploring trade options for a running back to pair with RB Jay Ajayi, and they've had conversations with multiple teams, according to a league source at the NFL annual meetings this week. There are no specific names of running backs the Dolphins have asked about, though, and no trade appears imminent. A veteran player like free-agent RB Arian Foster (Texans) hasn't been ruled out, either.

Fantasy Tip: The new Miami coaching regime likes Ajayi, but they have their doubts that he can hold up to a full-time role in the backfield, and with good reason. In nine games last year he had 49 carries for 187 yards (3.8 average) and one touchdown. Depending on how Miami splits the carries, Ajayi could have low-end RB2 ability in this offense.

Texans | Arian Foster still passionate

Sun, 20 Mar 2016 10:40:56 -0700

Former Houston Texans RB Arian Foster (Achilles') still has a passion for football and is still motivated to play, despite the rigorous process of rehabilitating his ruptured Achilles' tendon, according to his brother, Abdul Foster.

Fantasy Tip: Foster seems determined to return to the gridiron. This recent injury and his extensive injury history could make teams hesitant to take a chance on him, though. Wherever he plays, he probably won't be the featured back anymore, so don't draft him as a RB1.

NFL | Arian Foster training twice a day

Sun, 20 Mar 2016 06:39:42 -0700

Free-agent RB Arian Foster (Achillies') is training twice a day at IX Innovations, an elite fitness and training facility in Southwest Houston. He is motivated and doing great, according to Abdul Foster, the running back's older brother, trainer and owner of IX Innovations.

Fantasy Tip: With so much uncertainty surrounding Foster's fantasy stock, it is important to focus on the known. He is entering his age-30 season, hasn't played a full campaign since 2012 and is likely to split carries in a backfield committee. His name value will likely make him too costly in the majority of drafts and auctions entering the 2016 season.

NFL | Arian Foster in no rush to sign

Fri, 11 Mar 2016 15:05:54 -0800

Free-agent RB Arian Foster (Achillies') plans to be patient in regards to choosing his next employer, according to a source. Foster suffered a torn Achilles' tendon last season but is expected to be back to 100% this summer.

Fantasy Tip: The injury-prone Foster will turn 30 over the summer and would probably prefer to be as healthy as possible before shopping his services. One team that makes a lot of sense is the Denver Broncos, who could lose restricted free agent C.J. Anderson to the Miami Dolphins. Just as importantly, the Broncos' head coach is Gary Kubiak, whose offensive system Foster flourished in during most of their five seasons together in Houston.

NFL | Other options for Arian Foster

Thu, 03 Mar 2016 16:33:36 -0800

Updating a previous report, free-agent RB Arian Foster (Texans) may draw interest from the Denver Broncos, Dallas Cowboys, Seattle Seahawks, New England Patriots and/or Atlanta Falcons, in the opinion of NFL.com's Gregg Rosenthal.

Fantasy Tip: Wherever he ends up, Foster is over the hill from a football perspective and should no longer be viewed as a RB1. He has an extensive injury history, he hasn't played a full season since 2012 and he would probably be part of a backfield committee.

NFL | Arian Foster will have suitors

Thu, 03 Mar 2016 11:12:10 -0800

Free-agent RB Arian Foster (Achilles') started jogging last month and is expected to be ready in time for training camp, as he's ahead of schedule in his rehab from a torn Achilles'. The Buffalo Bills, Denver Broncos, New York Jets and Seattle Seahawks are teams that would make sense to pursue Foster in free agency.

Fantasy Tip: Foster, who will be in his age-30 season in 2016, will no longer be an RB1 for fantasy owners. Wherever he lands next he'll likely share backfield duties as a pass-catcher, but he could be a solid RB3 in the right situation. Denver is intriguing because of Foster's familiarity with Gary Kubiak and the zone-blocking scheme, but will the Broncos be able to afford him?

Texans | Arian Foster officially released

Thu, 03 Mar 2016 09:52:26 -0800

Updating an earlier report, Houston Texans RB Arian Foster was officially released Thursday, March 3, the team announced. A source that has seen Foster (Achilles') rehab said that Foster is healthy enough to sign with a team right now, but he could wait until June so teams can see him run at full speed before he signs.

Fantasy Tip: Where Foster lands and what his role will be are the determining factors for his fantasy value. He could still be an RB3 or higher in fantasy.

Texans | Arian Foster released

Thu, 03 Mar 2016 07:01:59 -0800

Houston Texans RB Arian Foster has been informed Thursday, March 3, the team is releasing him, according to a source close to him.

Fantasy Tip: Foster has had two serious injuries in successive seasons, but he could still land in a place to be a quality fantasy back as an RB3.

Texans | Arian Foster may not be released

Tue, 01 Mar 2016 13:41:22 -0800

Houston Texans RB Arian Foster could at least practice this offseason at his current salary, which stands at $6.5 million for 2016.

Fantasy Tip: It was expected that Foster would be released this offseason, but that's not a guarantee anymore. He's 30 years old and will be a free agent next year, but the Texans may try to get one more injury-free, productive year out of him. The wear and tear on Foster has been evident, and he's too big of an injury risk to be considered a RB1 anymore.

Texans | Arian Foster motivated

Thu, 25 Feb 2016 09:13:04 -0800

Houston Texans RB Arian Foster (Achilles') is motivated and is doing well in his recover. "His salary is not a reason why we will cut Arian," Texans general manager Rick Smith said.

Fantasy Tip: Foster is risky in fantasy drafts now because he hasn't been able to stay healthy -- he's played a full season just twice in seven years. But when he's healthy, he can be one of the more productive fantasy backs in the NFL, especially in point-per-reception leagues. If he's healthy entering 2016, consider him a low-end RB1.

Texans | Houston to run more in 2016?

Thu, 11 Feb 2016 13:55:40 -0800

Houston Texans RB Arian Foster may be utilized more next season after team owner Bob McNair said the Texans need to get the running game going again.

Fantasy Tip: Of course, Foster needs to be healthy in order to run the ball, and staying healthy is something he has struggled with throughout his career. There is also the possibility that Foster is released this offseason, which would give Chris Polk and Jonathan Grimes the reins at running back. Houston would also likely add to the position through the draft or free agency if Foster were released. The running back position is too cloudy right now, but McNair's words could bode well for whoever is in the backfield next season.

Texans | Arian Foster cleared to jog

Tue, 02 Feb 2016 07:19:18 -0800

Houston Texans RB Arian Foster (Achilles') has been cleared to jog without pivoting, cutting or explosive activity.

Fantasy Tip: Foster may not be back with the Texans, but he's still quite valuable if he returns to full health in 2016. Keep an eye on his rehab.

Texans | Arian Foster working to return

Thu, 28 Jan 2016 20:57:31 -0800

Houston Texans RB Arian Foster (Achilles') has been in the team's facilities working hard on his rehab, according to head coach Bill O'Brien.

Fantasy Tip: There is a good chance Foster will be cut before next season, but assuming he lands elsewhere, he could still have legit fantasy value depending on the situation.

Texans | Arian Foster likely to be released

Thu, 14 Jan 2016 07:36:30 -0800

Houston Texans RB Arian Foster (Achilles') is expected to be released before the new league year begins in March, according to multiple sources not authorized to speak publicly. Foster, 30, would have a cap hit of $8.925 million for the 2016 season. The sources also said they expect him to sign elsewhere.

Fantasy Tip: Foster is coming off a torn Achilles', but he still has a lot of name value. He should be able to land at least a timeshare spot next season. He'll be worth watching in the offseason for PPR leagues. The Texans may decide to run with Alfred Blue or draft another back. If Blue is their guy, he'd be an RB3 candidate in fantasy.

Texans | Alfred Blue part of committee?

Wed, 28 Oct 2015 01:34:02 -0700

Houston Texans RB Alfred Blue (toe) is feeling better after battling a toe injury, and he is likely to lead a committee-based approach at running back with RB Chris Polk and RB Jonathan Grimes in the wake of the season-ending injury to Arian Foster (Achilles').

Fantasy Tip: When Foster missed the start of the season, Blue ($5,000, 10.0% of cap) delivered duds in Week 1 and Week 2 before tallying 139 yards in a score and Week 3. He isn't the type of back you start every week at FantasyScore, but he could be a solid source of cap relief against weaker opponents.

Updating a previous report, Houston Texans RB Arian Foster (Achilles') is officially out for the remainder of the season with a torn Achilles' tendon.

Fantasy Tip: Alfred Blue should be the lead running back going forward. Chris Polk and Jonathan Grimes will also have their roles and are usually more involved in the passing game. Unfortunately, the Texans face one of the better fantasy rush defenses in the NFL in the Tennessee Titans next week.

Texans | Arian Foster to have MRI

Mon, 26 Oct 2015 08:18:14 -0700

Houston Texans RB Arian Foster (Achilles') is undergoing an MRI exam Monday, Oct. 26, to confirm a torn Achilles' tendon. Foster was using crutches after the Week 7 game. He finished the game against the Miami Dolphins with 125 total yards and two touchdowns.

Fantasy Tip: You can now drop Foster in redraft leagues immediately and start looking for replacements on the waiver wire. Alfred Blue will likely see the majority of touches in the backfield now, and he should be picked up right away in all formats. Jonathan Grimes and Chris Polk are the consolation prizes in deeper leagues.

Texans | Arian Foster may have torn Achilles'

Sun, 25 Oct 2015 13:54:26 -0700

Houston Texans RB Arian Foster (Achilles') suffered an Achilles' injury late in the fourth quarter of Week 7's game against the Miami Dolphins. Doctors fear that he may have a torn Achilles'.

Fantasy Tip: Foster ($7,500, 15.0% of cap) had 59 rushing yards and 66 receiving yards with two touchdowns before sustaining the injury. If he has a torn Achilles', he could end up missing the rest of the season. Alfred Blue ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) and Chris Polk ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) stand to gain the most playing time if Foster is sidelined for an extended period of time. Check back regularly for updates on Foster's condition.
