RB Felix Jones has had a return of at least 30 yards in each of the last two games. Special teams coach Joe DeCamillis said, ''We'll continue to work on it and see if we can keep that area going. That's one area I haven't been pleased with at all this year.''

Gerry Fraley, of The Dallas Morning News, reports Dallas Cowboys RB Marion Barber III has averaged 3.96 yards for 68 carries over his last five games. RBs Felix Jones and Tashard Choice have combined to average 5.85 yards in 47 carries over that span. However, head coach Wade Phillips has not considered pulling Barber from the starting lineup. "You want to play your best players," Phillips said. "Your team knows that. I don't think you move people in that aren't going to be as good as the guys who are playing."

Gerry Fraley, of The Dallas Morning News, reports Dallas Cowboys head coach Wade Phillips is not planning to change the running backs rotation. RB Marion Barber III opens and closes games, with RB Felix Jones and RB Tashard Choice getting carries in the middle of the game. Phillips said the team likes the arrangement because it gives the offense a power back at the start and the finish. However, Barber's production has been declining. In the last eight games, he is 25th in the NFL with 425 rushing yards and 18th in the league with 3.9 yards per carry.

Jones said, "The brace is there to 'protect and serve' me. I feel like it's getting better. It's always getting better. The knee is feeling a lot better when I run. Even though it doesn't really hurt, just the power that I get back." The team has noticed improvement in Jones, which is why head coach Wade Phillips said he would like to get Jones more offensive touches.
