Since then, however, he has lost more than 30 pounds, and has been focused on a strict diet. Albert said he is trying to become a leader for the team.

Head coach Todd Haley wanted Albert's playing weight down to 305 pounds. He has lost 32 pounds so far this offseason and reported to the team's minicamp this weekend at 309 pounds.
