"We're certainly hopeful of that," head coach Jason Garrett said. Jenkins has been rehabbing from right shoulder surgery at his home in Florida. The front office has questioned Jenkins' absence, saying he needs to return to work. Jenkins is not expected to be healthy enough to practice until training camp, but the Cowboys would rather he rehab at their facility.
