Buffalo Bills RB Tashard Choice, WR Marquise Goodwin, WR T.J. Graham and WR Brad Smith have been returning kicks during organized team activities. CB Leodis McKelvin (groin) is also expected to be a candidate for the role but has been limited to individual drills because of offseason groin surgery.

Free-agent RB Tashard Choice (Bills) announced on his official Twitter account Friday, March 29, that he is re-signing with the Buffalo Bills. The deal is reportedly for one season.
Fantasy Tip: With Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller ahead of him on the depth chart, it would take something catastrophic to the Bills for Choice to actually see meaningful carries and any fantasy appeal.

Buffalo Bills head coach Chan Gailey would not discuss the likelihood of RB Fred Jackson (knee) playing in Week 4, although he is expected to practice later this week. Gailey said he is fine going with RB Tashard Choice if necessary. "Tashard Choice is a pretty good back," Gailey said. "I have no qualms about running with him."

The Washington Redskins have been reluctant to start RB Roy Helu Jr. over RB Ryan Torain, despite the fact that Torain has just 71 yards in the last six games, compared to Helu's 122. "I like Helu. He's doing some great things," head coach Mike Shanahan said. "I don't want to put too much pressure on him too early. He's not ready for that. But he's gaining experience, and I like what I see." Torain started in Week 11 against the Dallas Cowboys, but Helu and RB Tashard Choice saw plenty of work.
Shanahan isn't tipping his hand as to which running back will start in Week 12, but the team has started to roll with veteran players in the starting lineup recently. Shanahan doesn't want to rush Helu, but Torain isn't making the most of his opportunities to start games as the leading back.

Washington Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan said he is uncertain RB Tashard Choice (hamstring) will play in Week 11, even though Choice has declared himself ready. Shanahan also said he isn't sure exactly what kind of role Choice will play once he is cleared for action. "You don't know about running backs or safeties until they play," Shanahan said. "People can tell you a running back is a good running back or a safety is a good safety, but at least in my experience, until they actually put the pads on and they do it in live situations, you don't know for sure."

However, the injury to RB Felix Jones (ankle) has forced the Cowboys to take him off the market. "Any time anybody calls you, you give it some thought," Jones said.
