"I have never been a big fan of the two-back system, so I don't know how we plan on using him," Johnson. "I'm not afraid of competition, but I was thinking we'd maybe get a draft pick for the other back. And you don't give a guy that kind of money to be just a goal-line guy and in tough-yardage situations. So we'll see what happens." Fantasy Tip: Johnson should still get a majority of the carries next season, but Greene could be used in situations that Johnson handled. Johnson should be considered as a starter every week while Greene should be viewed as a No. 5 running back until his role is more clearly defined.

I'm a team player, and if they feel like they can help us win by putting a bigger guy in there I'm not going to pout about it," Johnson said. "But if it's a situation where it's a two-back system, I played in a two-back system in college and I don't like it because you really can't get into a groove. That's something I wouldn't be happy with."

Croom said the team will not look to diminish Johnson's role on offense but would like another back that can do different things and fill a different role.
