Fantasy Tip: Bowe should receive more targets under head coach Andy Reid but likely will not be a top fantasy wide receiver. He should be viewed as a solid No. 2 wide receiver option. Charles has shown he can be a top fantasy running back and should be an every-week starter in 2013.

Charles is perfectly fine with that. "I'm happy I can catch out of the backfield more," Charles said Wednesday, April 17. "This is the most movement I've been (asked to do) in five years in the league, shifting and motion. This is the most I've ever (done). I have to get my mind right and my body in shape for this type of offense." Fantasy Tip: Charles was already going to be a bona fide RB1 in all fantasy formats, but he could be especially valuable in leagues which reward points per receptions (PPR). His career high for catches in a season is 45, set during the 2010 campaign.

While RB Peyton Hillis, an unrestricted free agent, is not likely to be back. However, FB Nate Eachus and RB Shaun Draughn provide some decent depth, as well as RB Cyrus Gray. New head coach Andy Reid and general manager John Dorsey aren't expected to have to tinker much with this position.
