Wed, 24 Apr 2013 05:59:34 -0700 Miami Dolphins WR Brian Hartline said he believes the team has a "championship offense" following the additions of WRs Mike Wallace and Brandon Gibson, as well as TE Dustin Keller in the offseason. "I think we got every move we needed to make," Hartline said. "We probably could add some depth at certain positions, but we've got all the pieces to the car, now we've just got to put it altogether."
Sun, 17 Mar 2013 18:00:26 -0700 Updating a previous report, Miami Dolphins WR Davone Bess is not immediately in danger of being cut despite the team's adding of free-agent WRs Brandon Gibson and Mike Wallace, as well as the re-signing of WR Brian Hartline. Fantasy Tip: Bess could stick around, but his fantasy value takes a huge hit with all of those talented receivers joining the fray. Bess has been arguing the No. 1 or 2 wideout in Miami for the past couple of years, but he is likely to see much less of the field as long as those others remain healthy. Heading into Draft Day, he is likely to go unpicked in a majority of leagues if his situation remains the same.
Sat, 16 Mar 2013 17:26:55 -0700 Miami Dolphins QB Matt Moore, WR Mike Wallace, WR Brian Hartline, DE Cameron Wake, LB Dannell Ellerbe and LB Philip Wheeler will count $50.07 million against the salary cap in 2014.
Mon, 11 Mar 2013 11:56:29 -0700 Miami Dolphins WR Brian Hartline will only count $2.115 million against the 2013 salary cap.
Fri, 08 Mar 2013 05:15:36 -0800 The Miami Dolphins re-signed WR Brian Hartline to a five-year, $30.775 million deal that includes $12.5 million guaranteed. Fantasy Tip: Hartline opened eyes last season with a 1,000-yard season. He could expand on that as his rapport with Ryan Tannehill blossoms. Hartline is a solid receiver to round out your fantasy receiving corps.
Tue, 05 Mar 2013 08:59:24 -0800 Updating an earlier report, the Miami Dolphins believed to be using Green Bay Packers WR Jordy Nelson's four-year, $14 million deal as framework for signing WR Brian Hartline.
Tue, 05 Mar 2013 07:43:01 -0800 The Miami Dolphins are close to re-signing WR Brian Hartline to a multiyear deal worth between $6 million and $6.5 million per season.
Mon, 04 Mar 2013 10:28:20 -0800 The Miami Dolphins have been working on a new contract for impending free-agent WR Brian Hartline and both sides believe a deal can be reached before the start of free agency.
Sun, 03 Mar 2013 20:16:29 -0800 The Miami Dolphins might still use the franchise tag before the deadline Monday, March 4. However, general manager Jeff Ireland preaches value, and he has worked to clear $45 million in salary-cap space to use this spring. Impending free-agents OT Jake Long would host $15 million with the tag, while CB Sean Smith ($10.9 million), WR Brian Hartline ($9.9 million) and RB Reggie Bush ($7.9 million) also seem unlikely to get the designation.
Fri, 15 Feb 2013 13:01:30 -0800 Drew Rosenhaus, agent for Miami Dolphins impending free-agent WR Brian Hartline, said Hartline wants to re-sign with the team this offseason but the two sides are not close to an agreement at this point.
