"It's not so much matching Scott up as it is matching the other guys up to game situations, and that's what will move around a little bit," Angels manager Mike Scioscia said. "But if we get to the ninth inning, there's no doubt that Scott is our primary guy."

RPs Scott Downs (leg) and LaTroy Hawkins (pinkie) both suffered injuries Sunday, May 6. "He's got a really live arm, the velocity and deception," Scioscia said. "The ball is sneaky, and he got some fastballs by some pretty good fastball hitters last night (Saturday)."

LeBlanc will start against the New York Mets Tuesday, Aug. 9. 1B Brad Hawpe (elbow) was also moved to the 60-day disabled list.
