Oakland Athletics manager Bob Melvin said it won't be a strict platoon between Cs Derek Norris and John Jaso. Norris could also play against right-handed pitchers, and Melvin said he will ride the hot hand.

Fantasy Tip: This news makes Norris a tad more valuable in AL-only and two-catcher leagues. Jaso should be your first target of the tandem, though.
