Crosby has cleaned up his delivery, which is thought to be the cause of his elbow injury that led to 2007 Tommy John surgery. "His repertoire hasn't changed," Jon Matlack, a roving minor league instructor for the Tigers, said. "His velocity has been up to 97 since Day 1. That's not going away.
