He had a sack to start the two-minute drill Wednesday against the second offense. The first defense won its two-minute matchup versus the first offense.

Updating previous reports, John Tramontana, of BuffaloBills.com, reports Buffalo Bills DE Marcus Jones (knee), who has been recovering from a major knee injury in 2002, practiced for the first time since the injury Thursday, July 24. "I focused on what my job was at hand," Jones said. "I didn't worry about how my knee was going to react or how my feet were going. I lined up and I played one snap at a time." Head coach Gregg Williams was pleased to see Jones at practice. "Marcus has really worked very hard," Williams said. "I was very pleased with what we saw today. This has been a very good start for him, but we're going to take it slow. It was great to see a smile on his face today being back out there with his teammates."
