SP Carlos Carrasco was ejected during his outing Tuesday, April 9, which called for SP Brett Myers to come in and pitch for 5 1/3 innings. Fantasy Tip: Kluber can be ignored in all universes since he'll likely be sent down to the minors after making this start. Carrasco hasn't endeared himself to the Tribe early this year after serving a suspension for throwing at a hitter late last year. Expect Carrasco to be sent back down when Scott Kazmir (rib cage) comes off the DL.

"He got hit a little bit," manager Terry Francona said. "They put the barrel on it a few times. He was trying to establish his fastball early, which we wanted him to, and he got hit a little bit. Then he started throwing his breaking ball and he started getting them out. We want him to be more aggressive with that fastball."
