Third base coach Razor Shines and catching coach Sandy Alomar Jr. will remain with the staff but will have different roles. "The way I look at this year, we failed because we didn't reach our goal of getting to the postseason. But when I look at us offensively, we had a lot of positives, and our positives outweighed our negatives."
