The Boston Herald's Michael Silverman reports the Boston Red Sox promoted SP Brock Huntzinger to Double-A Greenville. The Red Sox's 2007 third-round pick was 5-0 with a 0.64 ERA at Single-A Lowell.

USAToday.com reports the Boston Red Sox have agreed to terms with P Brock Huntzinger, of Pendleton Heights High School. Huntzinger was a third-round pick in the 2007 First Year Player Draft. He has been assigned to the Gulf Coast Red Sox, the team's rookie league affiliate.
