The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim recalled Ps Billy Buckner and Ryan Brasier from Triple-A Reno Thursday, May 16, and optioned RP Michael Roth to Double-A Arkansas and designated SP Barry Enright for assignment in corresponding moves.

The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim optioned P Ryan Brasier to Triple-A Salt Lake Monday, May 6. He is being sent out to make room on the roster for when RP Mark Lowe (neck) is activated from the disabled list Tuesday, May 7.

Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim manager Mike Scioscia indicated the team may recall a reliever from the minor league with to fill their open roster spot. Ps Bobby Cassevah, Kevin Jepsen and Ryan Brasier could be options if a reliever is brought up.

On top of 10 roster cuts made earlier this week, the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim trimmed seven more players on Tuesday, March 14. According to Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register. Trimmed players include Ps Ryan Brasier, Ysmael Carmona, Ryan Chaffee, Tyler Chatwood, Andrew Taylor and Matt Meyer; and OF Tyson Auer.
