Incognito spent most of the 2006 season playing center, but right guard is Incognito's natural position, and is probably his best.

"I think there's a pretty strong possibility that Adam could be on the market," Timmerman's agent Mark Bartelstein said. "There's nothing definitive; that's just kind of my sense." Timmerman is scheduled to make $2.2 million in base salary next season, including a $200,000 roster bonus due March 4.

Timmerman had surgeries in the offseason on both shoulders and to repair a broken bone in his right foot. The shoulders, he said, "feel pretty good. That wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't for the foot." Head coach Mike Martz said: "We'll just keep working him into it, and then eventually he'll be back. Hopefully this is over in a week to 10 days."

Timmerman will remain in shorts and helmet for the first few weeks or so because he's had so much wear and tear on his body and it's starting to catch up with him.
