The Los Angeles Dodgers assigned Ps Mike Antonini, Stephen Fife, Josh Wall and Chris Withrow and OFs Alex Castellanos, Alfredo Silverio and Scott Van Slyke to minor league camp Thursday, March 15. The team also cut P Shane Lindsay and 1B Russ Mitchell.

The Los Angeles Dodgers added P Mike Antonini, OF Alex Castellanos, P Stephen Fife, RP Josh Wall and P Chris Withrow to the 40-man roster and outrighted P Carlos Monasterios and SP John Ely to Triple-A Albuquerque.

Jonathan Mayo, of MLB.com, reports Los Angeles Dodgers P Chris Withrow (elbow) has been working with strength and conditioning coach Brendan Huttman and his arm seems to be recovering nicely. Withrow was the team's No. 1 draft pick in 2007.

Tony Jackson, of the Los Angeles Daily News, reports the Los Angeles Dodgers activated P Chris Withrow (elbow) from the minor league disabled list. Withrow is the team's first-round draft pick from last year and is playing at Single-A Inland Empire.

Ken Gurnick, of MLB.com, reports Los Angeles Dodgers P Chris Withrow (elbow) has been nursing a sore elbow and the team says there is no structural damage. There is no timetable for his return and he has yet to pitch in a game this season. Withrow was the team's first-round pick in the 2007 MLB Amateur Draft.
