The Associated Press reports Seattle Seahawks DT Russell Davis (foot) could miss the next month after tearing the plantar fascia in his right foot. Davis was walking around on crutches and wearing a protective boot. Head coach Mike Holmgren said it was a complete tear, but expects the veteran lineman to be back in time for the Seahawks' opener Sept. 10 at Detroit.
