The Associated Press reports the Atlanta Falcons have agreed to terms with undrafted free-agent WR Eric Newman (Louisiana Tech).

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports Louisiana Tech WR Eric Newman (undisclosed) measured a height of 5-foot-11 7/8 and a weight of 195 pounds at his Pro Day. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.88 seconds and 4.87 seconds, but ran both with a slight muscle pull. He ran the short shuttle in 4.31 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.07 seconds. He measured a 39 1/2-inch vertical jump, a 10-foot-2 broad jump and completed 18 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
