Nicolas Cotsonika, of the Detroit Free Press, reports undrafted free-agent LS Brian Bury (Michigan State) is participating at the Detroit Lions' minicamp as a tryout player.

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports Michigan State LS Brian Bury (hamstring) measured a height of 5-foot-11 3/8 and a weight of 246 pounds at his Pro Day. He ran the 40-yard dash in 5.40 seconds, but he could not run the drills because of a pulled hamstring. Bury measured a 31-inch vertical jump, an 8-foot-7 broad jump and completed 27 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
