The San Diego Chargers announced the signing of undrafted free-agent OG Jeremy Sheffey (West Virginia) to a two-year contract.

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports West Virginia OL Jeremy Sheffey measured a height of 6-foot-2 and a weight of 291 pounds at his Pro Day. He ran the 40-yard dash in 5.31 seconds and 5.35 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.66 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.69 seconds. He measured a 29-inch vertical jump, an 8-foot-4 broad jump and completed 17 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
