Updating a previous report, New York Giants CB Will Allen (foot) is likely OUT for the season with a left mid-foot sprain and may need to undergo off-season surgery. Allen would be replaced by CB Ralph Brown (shoulder), who has been sidelined with a dislocated shoulder. If Brown were unable to play, the team's starting corners would be rookie CB Frank Walker and recently signed free agent CB Ike Charlton.

"Ike has asked me to try and trade him," said Seahawks head coach Mike Holmgren said. "You try, but if no one's interested, no one's interested. I hope we can work this out." The team also asked him to move to safety and he balked at that idea.

Seahawks.com reports CB Ike Charlton missed the Seattle Seahawks minicamp Tuesday. Coach Mike Holmgren said he talked to Charlton on the phone and the cornerback will be at the team's next minicamp The current minicamp is voluntary and Holmgren said he was OK with Charlton missing since they spoke about it on the phone. "He's dealing with some stuff now. I've got to help him through that," said Holmgren.

Charlton suffered severe cramps in Sunday's loss in New York, but he should be fine for Sunday. Neither player is on the injury report.
