Mike Triplett, of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, reports New Orleans Saints general manager Mickey Loomis said the team has not had any discussions about trading a player to acquire draft picks.

Mike Triplett, of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, reports New Orleans Saints LB Dan Morgan has informed the Saints that he will return to football after a one-year retirement, according to general manager Mickey Loomis. The Saints will maintain his rights if he is reinstated, but it is not known if the team will keep him on their roster or allow him to play elsewhere.

Mike Triplett, of The Times-Picayune, reports New Orleans Saints RB Reggie Bush (knee) had a more serious knee injury than the team let on. General manager Mickey Loomis said Bush had microfracture surgery on his left knee after he went on season-ending Injured Reserve in December. Loomis said Bush is expected to be ready for the team's June minicamp.
