The Saints will maintain his rights if he is reinstated, but it is not known if the team will keep him on their roster or allow him to play elsewhere.

General manager Mickey Loomis said Bush had microfracture surgery on his left knee after he went on season-ending Injured Reserve in December. Loomis said Bush is expected to be ready for the team's June minicamp.
