As expected, the Post-Intelligencer reports the Seattle Seahawks have signed CB Harold Blackmon to their practice squad. S Shawn Forte, whom we reported as being released yesterday, was actually released from the practice squad and not the 53-man roster.

John Clayton reports for ESPN.com Seattle Seahawks CB Ike Charlton will miss two to three games with a knee injury suffered during Saturday's pre-season victory over the Saints. With Charlton, Shawn Springs and Willie Williams out this week, rookie Ken Lucas and inexperienced Paul Miranda will start against the Browns Sunday in Cleveland. Harold Blackmon will be the third cornerback.
