Bears | Isaac Bruce helps out at camp

Former St. Louis Rams WR Isaac Bruce helped out at the Chicago Bears' training camp, serving as a guest coach and working with the wide receivers and their position coach Darryl Drake, reports the Chicago Tribune's Brad Biggs. When asked how he could help the wideouts, Bruce said, "No. 1 just be more confident in it. ... Just make sure they take everything that they're being taught in the meeting, bring it out on the field and be comfortable with it."

Bears | Drake will not pursue job at Western Kentucky

Vaughn McClure, of the Chicago Tribune, reports Chicago Bears wide receivers coach Darryl Drake talked to Western Kentucky about its vacancy at head coach, but he has decided not to pursue the opportunity.
