Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports Miami OG Alex Pou measured a height of 6-3 1/2 and a weight of 292 pounds at his Pro Day March 3. He ran the 40-yard dash in 5.24 seconds and 5.25 seconds. He finished the short shuttle in 4.70 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.57 seconds. He measured a 27 1/2-inch vertical jump, an 8-foot broad jump and completed 14 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
