Sun, 18 Feb 2007 19:08:33 -0800 The Rocky Mountain News' Tracy Ringolsby reports the Colorado Rockies have signed Taiwanese P Sheng-An Kuo, a 21-year-old right-hander with a low 90s fastball, solid curveball and changeup. He is expected to pitch with Single-A Asheville, but could begin the season in extended spring training to help him adapt to his new environment. Contract terms were not disclosed.
