Judd Zulgad, of the Minneapolis Star Tribune, reports University of Nebraska defensive coordinator Kevin Cosgrove told the Lincoln Journal Star that he is not a candidate for the same position with the Minnesota Vikings.

Sean Jensen, of the St. Paul Pioneer Press, reports the Minnesota Vikings might be interested in speaking with University of Nebraska defensive coordinator Kevin Cosgrove about filling their defensive coordinator vacancy. Cosgrove was a candidate for the club's linebackers coach job last year.
