Matt Maiocco, of The Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports the San Francisco 49ers were assigned OT Ramiro Pruneda (Eagles) as an international practice squad player and will join the team at the beginning of training camp.

The Associated Press reports the Kansas City Chiefs have agreed to terms on a two-year contract with Monterey Tech OL Ramiro Pruneda. The team plans to have him participate in all of their offseason workouts prior to training camp in July.

Elizabeth Merrill, of the Kansas City Star, reports the Kansas City Chiefs are expected to sign former ITESM College in Monterrey OL Ramiro Pruneda. If signed, Pruneda would become only the second non-kicker from Mexico to play in the NFL. At 6'7 and 320 pounds, he will likely be a long-term project for the Chiefs.
