The Carolina Panthers have allowed a 100-yard rusher in their last three games, and Atlanta Falcons RB Michael Turner, who Carolina faces in Week 14, has run for 100 yards in six of his 10 games against the Panthers, including earlier this season. Defensive coordinator Sean McDermott said the defensive line's "gap integrity" has been compromised recently. DT Ron Edwards (elbow) being out for the season has hurt the team's edge pass rush, too.
