Dennis Georgatos, of the Contra Costa Times, reports the San Francisco 49ers fear DL Jay Moore (ankle) could miss the entire season with a high ankle sprain. The team is still waiting for results from an MRI taken to see if any further damage was done, but 49ers head coach Mike Nolan said Moore could be placed on injured reserve depending on the severity of the injury.
