Bob Brookover, of the Philadelphia Inquirer, reports the New England Patriots had planned to take Nebraska LB Stewart Bradley with the No. 91 overall selection in the 2007 NFL Draft, but the Philadelphia Eagles grabbed him four picks ahead of them, according to the Boston Globe. "I had a great visit with [the Patriots before the draft]," Bradley said.

Philadelphia Eagles LB Stewart Bradley was asked where he felt he fit with the Eagles' defense. Stewart said, "I spoke with the defensive coordinator [Jim Johnson] and he thinks the SAM linebacker spot, but I played all three spots in college. I will play wherever they need me to play." The Eagles picked Bradley with their first pick in the third round of the 2007 NFL Draft.
