CB Tramaine Brock (hamstring), WR Bruce Ellington (ankle) and LB Dan Skuta (ankle) are questionable, while LB Chris Borland (shoulder), DE Ray McDonald (knee), S Eric Reid (ankle) and DE Justin Smith (non-injury) are probable. Ward, Williams, Brock and Ellington did not practice Friday, Nov. 14. Skuta was limited, while the others practiced in full.

San Francisco 49ers DE Ray McDonald will not be charged with domestic abuse after the Santa Clara District Attorney's office cited insufficient evidence. "Conflicting versions of the event, a lack of verifiable eyewitnesses and a significant lack of cooperation from Jane Doe, we cannot prove a crime occurred," said Lindsay Walsh, Santa Clara Deputy District Attorney in charge of the case. "In this particular case, there were particular pieces of information missing."

OT Anthony Davis (knee, ankle), C Marcus Martin (knee) and LB Nick Moody (hamstring) are questionable, while CB Tramaine Brock (toe) is out for the game. Davis will not play in the game, despite his questionable status. OT Jonathan Martin will start in his place.
