Marcum hasn't pitched since March 16 due to a shoulder impingement and neck stiffness. Laffey will work out of the bullpen until a fifth starter is needed to open the season. Fantasy Tip: Laffey is basically a warm body in fantasy leagues and will probably hurt you more than he helps, even in NL-only leagues. Zack Wheeler needs more work in the minors, otherwise he would be the no-brainer option.
