Tony LaRussa, of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, reports free-agent WR Cedrick Wilson (Steelers) was ordered to undergo an eight-week anger management program Friday, March 28. At the end of the eight weeks, Judge Regis Welsh Jr. could dismiss or reduce charges of harassment, simple assault and disorderly conduct or hold Wilson for trial.

The Associated Press reports Lindsey Paulat, the estranged girlfriend of unrestricted free-agent WR Cedrick Wilson (Steelers), said Wilson did not punch her during an incident Wednesday, March 19. "He never punched. He pushed me in the side of the head. It was misconstrued apparently by the people around us," Paulat said.

The Associated Press reports Pittsburgh Steelers WR Cedrick Wilson has been charged with assaulting his estranged girlfriend at a Pittsburgh restaurant. A police criminal complaint said Wilson entered the restaurant and saw Lindsey Paulat sitting at the bar. Authorities allege that he pushed her on the shoulder and then punched her in the face.

Bobby Kerlik, of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, reports Pittsburgh Steelers WR Cedrick Wilson's ex-girlfriend will stand trial Friday, Feb. 1, on a charge of firing a gun inside his home. Police dropped more serious charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment, and added the gun charge. The charges stem from a 12-hour standoff in which Wilson's ex-girlfriend threatened to kill herself and fired the gun several times inside the home.

The Associated Press reports Pittsburgh Steelers WR Cedrick Wilson's girlfriend, Lindsay Paulat, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person after a nearly 12-hour standoff at Wilson's home led to the evacuation of nearly 70 neighbors. The standoff began a few hours after an argument Saturday, Jan. 19, between Wilson and Paulat. Wilson then left his home and Paulat's mother came to talk to her. While her mother was there, Paulat fired two shots from Wilson's handgun into a wall, according to police. No one was injured.

Wilson, who is listed as questionable with a wrist injury, said a bone was broken and ligaments were torn in his left wrist when he tackled Jacksonville Jaguars LB Mike Peterson on an interception return in the first quarter of the team's Week 6 game. "I'm going to give it a shot," said Wilson the team's No. 3 receiver. "That's what we get paid for -- to sacrifice our bodies for the game."
