Dallas Cowboys DE Anthony Spencer (knee) will return in Week 4 against the New Orleans Saints after having microfracture surgery on his left knee last year. Spencer had a career-high 11 sacks the last time he played a full season. He's had no issues in practice this week. Dallas plans to ease Spencer into playing time initially.
