Kolb continues to suffer symptoms as a result of the concussion he suffered Dec. 11. Tests Tuesday, Dec. 27, revealed he remained "a little slow with some reaction stuff and some processing stuff from my baseline that I'd had earlier in the year," Kolb said. Kolb added the issues are not serious, but they are issues he can't play with.

He left the Week 14 game against the San Francisco 49ers due to a head injury, and his status for Week 15 is uncertain. "This is something you don't mess with," Kolb said. "We need our minds fresh as we go through life. I will push to be out there but also be honest with how I feel." If he cannot start, QB John Skelton would make another start in his absence.
