The New York Giants announced Tuesday, Oct. 4, that they released WR Brandon Stokley and QB Sage Rosenfels. In corresponding moves, the team promoted OL Jim Cordle and CB Justin Tryon from the practice squad. Also, the team signed free-agent OL Selvish Capers (Redskins) to their practice squad.
