Baltimore Ravens OG Marshal Yanda said the team is still upset over their playoff loss to the New England Patriots last season. "It's still in the back of our minds. That was a tough loss," Yanda said. "That was the toughest loss I've ever had to deal with, tenfold. I've never lost a game like that, so it was really tough. It's one of those ones where you'll never forget."

Baltimore Ravens OG Marshal Yanda reported to organized team activities 10 pounds lighter at 305 pounds. He was listed at 315 pounds last season; however, this is typical for Yanda in the offseason. "I usually go down a little bit and then I start working my way back up," Yanda said. "I definitely want to do that rather than go the other way."

The Baltimore Ravens have restructured OG Marshal Yanda's five-year, $32 million contract, reducing his salary-cap figure for 2012 by $2.8 million. Yanda was originally due a cap figure of $6.5 million for 2012. It's now down to $3.65 million. Yanda's base salary of $4.5 million dropped to the veteran minimum of $700,000, but he didn't lose any money.
