Adam Teicher, of the Kansas City Star, reports Kansas City Chiefs RB Larry Johnson is being pulled from passing downs because the team believes running backs Jamaal Charles and Kolby Smith are more versatile. Johnson's best value comes when the team is protecting a lead, which they have yet to do this season. He was on the field for only one of the team's four plays in the final minute of their Week 1 game and was not part of their lone touchdown drive in Week 2.
