According to the team's official site, San Francisco 49ers offensive coordinator said TE Greg Clark will remain the team's starter, but the team needs to add some depth behind him. "Greg is coming off a really good year," says 49ers offensive coordinator Greg Knapp. "He had career highs in yards and receptions and he stayed healthy all season." Clark's backups are Justin Swift, Terrence Dupree and Brian Jennings. Swift is expected to be given every chance to hang onto his No. 2 TE role. Dupree spent his rookie season on IR with a broken ankle. Jennings, also a long-snapper, saw no action at TE. Knapp also indicated the TE position could see an increased workload this season.
