The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim signed free-agent OF Ryan Langerhans (Diamondbacks), SP Eric Hurley (Rangers) and C Robinzon Diaz (Rangers) to minor league deals with invites to spring training Friday, Dec. 23.

The Texas Rangers signed 1B Jose Julio Ruiz to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training, according to The Sports Network. The Rangers also signed two other players, P Ty Taubenheim and C Robinzon Diaz, to minor league contracts without spring invites. No financial terms were disclosed.

Steve Kornacki, of Booth Newspapers, reports the Detroit Tigers issued 13 spring training invites to players Tuesday, Jan. 26. Included on the invite list were SS Gustavo Nunez, Cs Robinzon Diaz, Mike Rabelo, John Murrian, Eric Roof and Max St. Pierre, IFs Kory Casto and Jeff Larish, and Ps Cody Satterwhite, Robbie Weinhardt, Phil Dumatrait, Enrique Gonzalez and Josh Rainwater.
