La Velle E. Neal III, of the Minneapolis Star Tribune, reports the Minnesota Twins signed free-agent P Reid Santos (Blue Jays) to a minor league deal Thursday, March 19. He will compete for a spot in the rotation at Triple-A Rochester. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
