Rockies | Brett Anderson acquired

Tue, 10 Dec 2013 13:35:09 -0800

The Colorado Rockies acquired SP Brett Anderson and cash considerations from the Oakland Athletics Tuesday, Dec. 10, in exchange for Ps Drew Pomeranz and Chris Jensen.

Fantasy Tip: Anderson's value has tanked the last few years because he hasn't been able to stay healthy. With that still clouding his future, the move to Coors Field should turn what little hope any of us had left for him down the drain. Pomeranz must show better control to become relevant in the majority of fantasy leagues, but the move to Oakland may put him on many a sleeper list for 2014.
