The Cincinnati Bengals have officially acquired DL Daniel Watts, who played the past two seasons in the NFL Europe, as an International Practice Squad player. He is eligible to compete for a spot on the team's 53-man roster, but he is an exemption towards the team's preseason roster and also would not count towards the team's practice squad limit if the team places him on the practice squad.
