McClover, who was originally drafted by the New York Jets in 2005, led or tied for the team lead in special-teams tackles three times in the seven games he played. He also helped in the victory against the Jets by pointing out a change in their personnel, which made the Bears wary of an onside kick on the kickoff to start the second half.
