The Minnesota Twins reassigned 1B Chris Colabello, C Eric Fryer, 3B Mark Sobolewski, OFs Brian Dinkelman and Clete Thomas and Ps Deolis Guerra (shoulder) and Shairon Martis Sunday, March 17. Guerra has a blood clot in his right shoulder and was released from the hospital Sunday after undergoing a rib resection. He's expected to miss the first half of the year.

The Minnesota Twins have promoted minor league P Deolis Guerra from Double-A New Britain to Triple-A Rochester, after he went 2-0 with a 0.71 ERA in seven relief appearances.
